Do you support OEM/ODM and private labeling?
Absolutely. We provide full OEM/ODM services:
- Custom design based on your brand requirements
- Your logo on product labels, packaging, and installation manuals

Do you provide installation instructions?
Yes. All flat-pack furniture comes with:

- Labeled panels and hardware bags
- Exploded-view diagrams

For cabinet and wardrobe projects, we also provide detailed layout drawings and installation support. Our after-sales team is available to assist with any installation questions via email or video call.
What shipping methods do you support?
We work with reliable freight forwarders and support:
- FCL (Full Container Load): 20GP / 40GP / 40HQ — most cost-effective for large orders
- LCL (Less than Container Load): Available for small orders
- Express delivery: DHL, FedEx, UPS — for samples and small items
- FOB, CIF, DDP terms: All incoterms are negotiable
We can ship to any major port worldwide. Our team will help you calculate the best shipping option based on your order volume and destination.
How do you pack the furniture for export?
We use export-standard packaging to ensure safe transit:
- Flat-pack (knock-down): Carton with 5-layer corrugated board, foam corner protectors, edge guards
- Fully assembled: Wooden crate or pallet packaging (for small items like cat houses, bird houses)
- Each panel is wrapped with foam bag to prevent scratches
- Hardware packs are labeled separately
- Markings and shipping labels as per your requirements
We can also customize packaging according to your brand and market standards.
What are your payment terms?
Standard payment terms:
- T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): deposit upon order confirmation, balance before shipment
For long-term cooperative clients, more flexible terms can be discussed.
